please start by pasting a draft of a comparison of the two companies and their China experience. The final version of the article should be a few screen pages. You need not only to describe things, but also switch to the commentator role (maybe indicated by "Contemporary Commentator" and then evaluate and discuss the topic from different angles, put it into context, criticize etc.). If you want to write less, you can integrate more pictures like the announcement poster, fotos from the presentation, company logo, company fotos or product fotos (as far as they allow them to be published on the Wiki).

If you have anything from academic sources to add, please make sure to indicate your source after each sentence or, if there is a whole paragraph with the same source, after each paragraph. You can indicate it like "Smith 2009:345" and in the final section "References" write the long version "Smith, Jared, Confucius revisted, Yale University Press 2009, 415 pp." In the edit mode, section headers are indicated with "=" and sub section headers with "==". In the edit mode, paragraphs need to be marked with 2 line feeds ("Enter" key). 1 Line feed will not show up as a paragraph. +KFC entered China market only 3 years earlier then McDonald, the world leading fast food restaurant. However, KFC is out-performing compared with McDonald in China because KFC uses local strategies but McDonald prefers global strategies. KFC use local strategies on three main part: staff, menu and supply chain
+KFC recruit staffs who understand the market. Since Taiwanese has same language, culture and similar food preference, KFC transferred experienced Taiwanese managers to China in the initial stage to import the experiences from Taiwan. They built up the system to fit Chinese market. Then they also recruited and trained local staffs, who were born and grew up in China.  And they prefer staff with studying and working experiences in US.

+KFC localized taste and menu. They studied consumer behavior and understood that chicken is more preferable than beef. And they adjusted the sauces according to the taste preference. Besides adjusting the old menu, they created particular local menu, which you can not find them in other countries, for instance, Porridge, Clay Oven Rolls(Shobing), Chinese Fritter, and Rice, etc.
