My name is Nie Wei, 21 years old. Four years ago, I entered Hunan Normal University to study Editing and Publishing driven by my passion for literature and "creating books". Through studying professional knowledge and reading books involving relevant specialty, I realized that it is imperative for me to learn more about a particular area. With time going on, the more I experienced, the clearer I realized that I am really interested in English and translation. I spent much time on studying English and reading books about translation, which helped me have a further understanding of this discipline. And then I chose to go further with my learning in this field, so I＇m here with you to study English translation.

As a graduate student, I need to spend most of my time reading papers and doing homework. Though a little bit tiring, I like my life here because I can get some useful knowledge everyday and improve myself. I hope that, in the next two years, I can learn more about western and Chinese literature and the translation process between them.
