ECHEGARAY DECLARO COMO TESTIGO EN CAUSA RALPH LAUREN

El titular de la AFIP, Ricardo Echegaray, declar hoy como testigo en la causa en la que se investiga un presunto pago de sobornos de la firma Ralph Lauren para poder ingresar mercader a la Argentina, que el organismo a su cargo hab denunciado penalmente.

Echegaray cumpli el tr esta ma ante el juez en lo penal econ Jorge Brugo, a cargo de la causa 473/2013.

La AFIP realiz una denuncia penal para que se investiguen presuntas irregularidades, durante el desarrollo de la actividad comercial de la corporaci Ralph Lauren en el pa Tambi suspendi preventivamente el CUIT de la empresa, de sus directivos, de su apoderado y de los despachantes de aduana que trabajaron para la filial argentina.

Echegaray envi una carta a la embajadora de los Estados Unidos en Buenos Aires, Vilma Mart en la cual detalla las acciones que el organismo llevar adelante en funci de los presuntos sobornos que la filial argentina habr efectuado durante su actividad comercial en la Argentina.

En ,ralph lauren polo, la misiva, se le solicita ,tljdesign/ralphlaurenaustralia.html, a Vilma Mart que, a efectos de profundizar la investigaci arbitre los medios necesarios para obtener de la SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) las respectivas actuaciones vinculadas con la mencionada denuncia, y las remita al juzgado penal interviniente, a cargo de Jorge Angel Brugo.

"Resulta necesario contar con los nombres de los funcionarios de Aduana y los instrumentos que la SEC tuvo en cuenta para convalidar los balances de Ralph Lauren", indica el texto de la carta.

Frente a los hechos difundidos por la SEC y la denuncia penal formulada por la ,vivienne westwood clutch bag, AFIP, se procedi a suspender provisoriamente los CUIT de los despachantes de aduana que trabajaron para la filial argentina de Ralph Lauren durante el per investigado.

Los CUIT suspendidos en este caso, informados tambi a la embajadora norteamericana, corresponden a los despachantes Ana Mar ,ralph lauren polo. Geuna, Juan Gumhold y Oscar Rico.

La SEC y el Departamento de Justicia norteamericano iniciaron una investigaci ante presuntas irregularidades en la operaci de Ralph Lauren en la Argentina, entre los a 2005 y 2009.

En ese per la corporaci Ralph Lauren habr incurrido en el delito de pagar sobornos para agilizar ,ralph lauren wallpaper, la importaci de productos, lo que le vali una multa de 1,6 millones de d para evitar el procesamiento de la justicia estadounidense
