Hello, my name is Liu Lele, or you can call me Janey.

It's my first year as a student who majored in language, so most of the time I'm very curious and confused about many things in the class. I like words-related things, that's why I learned English and Japanese, and practice my novel writing skills in English. For the next two and a half years, I want to translate part of the novel Dragon Raja, an famous online novel in China, and then put it out in an American novel reading website WuxiaWorld. Though it cannot be counted as a serious literary work, I have had a good time with it and I have faith in it that western youngsters will enjoy it too if I can give it a good translation.

To be honest, I have little interst in the transation of classics and I guess it's just too hard for me. But I need to learn calssics and their translation because it is in the fertile land of literary classics that grows many other forms of art, including song lyrics, movies and online novels.

As for my hobbies, I like singing and can play a little bit guitar and harmonica (still learning and getting better). Currently, I have this big plan: uploading in Bilibili videos of my singing, most of which foreign songs and English or Japanese version of Chinese songs. To achieve this goal, I need to practice my singing and lyric translation. it may sound a little stupid and unrealistic, please don't laugh at me.
