“村超”的起源与背景
“村超”,又名“村FA”是乡村足球超级联赛的简称,是目前火爆全网的贵州乡村体育赛事。其首届比赛——榕江(三宝侗寨)和美乡村足球超级联赛于2023年5月13日,在城北新区体育馆开幕(榕江县政府办公室,2023)。至今榕江“村超”已举办两届,参赛队伍不断增多,赛事规模不断扩大,赛事影响力已冲出贵州,辐射全国,走向世界。
“村超”虽然是2023年才在全网爆火的词语,但贵州榕江人对足球的热爱可以追溯至二十世纪四十年代(贵州省榕江县地方志编纂委员会,1999)。从二十世纪八十年代至今,榕江县已举办了包括“古州杯”、“古榕杯”、“光明杯”等多个县级足球赛事,为当地足球事业的发展打下了良好的基础。据黔东南州融媒体中心(2023)统计,榕江县不到40万的人口中,有5万人会踢足球,有国家一级足球运动员20人,国家二级足球运动员147人;有县级足球特色学校41所,有群众性业余足球队伍35支。
“村超”的比赛形式
榕江“村超”赛事目前主要分为“村超”联赛和“村超”主题比赛,如两个板块。“村超”联赛,每年举行一次,由榕江县各村代表队参加;各类主题“村超”比赛,如“发现中国之美·相约贵州村超”国际友谊赛,不定期举办,不对参赛队伍属地进行限制。
不论是“村超”联赛,亦或是“村超”主题赛事,都体现出了村民举办、村民参加两大特点。“村超”赛事的主办单位为由各村村民和县政府工作人员组成的贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州榕江县“村超”组委会。“村超”联赛参赛队伍以村为单位,组成球队报名,如“党相村足球队”;“村超”主题赛事遵循以村级足球队为主,鼓励国内外球队同场竞技。
球队球员注册规则上,“村超”组委会积极参考国内外大型足球比赛的办赛经验,从2023年至2024年,逐步放宽球员限制,增强比赛的竞技性和观赏性。与中超联赛类似,“村超”如今允许每只球队最多注册30名球员,其中含有5名非榕江籍的贵州籍外援,同时可最多登场3名外援。此外“村超”组委会还积极学习欧洲五大联赛(英超、意甲、西甲、德甲和法甲)的引援政策。与欧洲五大联赛的冬窗引援类似,“村超”联赛允许进入决赛的队伍从未出线的球队中选取球员。
比赛规则上,“村超”沿用国际足球联合会理事会IFAB设置的比赛规则,基本要求为球队登场球员至多11人,至少7人,比赛分上下半场,各45分钟。在赛程设置上,为迎合榕江县村民踊跃参赛的需求,2024年第二届“村超”共有62支球队,1800余名队员报名参赛(贵州省人民政府,2024),“村超”组委会将“村超”联赛分为两个赛段——预选赛和决赛,预选赛每十支球队一组,小组头两名出线,共20支队伍进军决赛。

Third, village-style awards. Unlike major football events like the World Cup, where winners receive trophies and significant cash prizes, the awards for “Cun Chao” are special local products. Prince-Wright (2022) reported that the 2022 FIFA World Cup champions, Argentina, were awarded 42 million dollars and the iconic FIFA World Cup trophy. In contrast, the prizes for “Cun Chao” reflect the rural characteristics of Rongjiang County.
