Your presentation of information is nice. It does not look like it is long enough though and I'm not sure if you are still supposed to use the first person since your paper is about a period. ::Dear Grant, in general a good article. The bare text is still too short, although with the pictures and lists, it comes to 6.5 screen pages. Also, you need to mention the sources more correctly, with page numbers and, if available, with links. It is not of much use simply to list some books in the references. We need to know the source of each sentence (if it is not your own finding, conclusion or comment). To call this region "China" at that time is at least questionable, but you can quote a historian calling it China.
