Chinese guys have a bad reputation for having small dicks and being sexual losers. That's just what I hear, over and over. Second, your right, Chinese guys ARE waiting for western girls to ask them out. why? because they don't have the balls to do it themselves. Also, your average Chinese guy is shorter then your average western girl.
There is a reason why more foreign men are with Chinese girls then vise versa.
