The final of the prehistoric adventure films from England's Hammer Studios, this low-priced potboiler discards the usual stop-motion or oversized-iguana dinosaurs -- a notion which could be much more (pre)historically accurate but is clearly nothing at all greater than a budgetary consideration for the producers. Production
All the exterior sequences had been shot in Namibia and South Africa. (1966) (also directed by Don Chaffey), Slave Girls (1968) and When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth (1970).
