The guys showed up at the door exactly when I expected them too. I have a large home and a lot of stuff. The were completely professional and worked in a timely fashion. Each item was wrapped and padded. They didn't goof off talking and messing around but worked very effeciently all day long. I was オークリー アウトレット very impressed with the hard work they did. When movers arrived, they did not bring any packing materials or boxes I told the owner I would need (isn't it also standard practice to bring packing materials. just in case???). The owner told the driver I did not order them. When I called to complain, he became belligerent and defensive, saying ニューバランス スニーカー "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" When I asked for compensation if the move took over three hours, he adamantly refused. He then quoted a conversation we did not コンバース スニーカー have. He not only did not want to accommodate me in any way, he was rude, defensive, offensive, nasty and just plain unprofessional. I told him that the conversation was going to go nowhere and that I was going to get off the phone, which I did. He then called the movers and told them I hung up on him and TO REMOVE OUR THINGS FROM THE TRUCK AND WALK AWAY FROM THE JOB. Leaving me and my 94 year old mother who is on oxygen to fend for ourselves. The drivers were mortified, as were we. They were just following orders, so I do not blame them. We fortunately found another mover to do the job on short notice, for less money (Budget Movers if you're interested in a reliable company), and five hours later, I finally got her moved. I WILL NEVER USE JOSEPH'S AGAIN, AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!!. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THE OWNER IS A PROFESSIONAL JERK! GO ELSEWHERE!
