Hay Loren! My name is Tara I have to work on this page as well. I was unaware that there would be a second person working on this article. Please let me know what you would like to add etc. I noticed Martin added comments about what we need to do to improve this article and so I will be working on the literature aspect and his teachings as Martin as asked.
