Organizational things

Please offer to the speakers, that they park on any employee, student or non-metred visitor lot (and non-metred booth neither). Pease then ask for their licence plate number and pass the following information on to the instructor Dr. Woesler:

  • Speaker's Name, license plate number
  • Date of presentation, company name

We cannot offer them travel expenses or a honorarium by now, we only give them a poster announcing their lecture as a souvenir. But my application for a reimbursement of $0.51 per mile and eventually a honorarium is pending, so we might offer it to some of the future speakers.
