For the red shirt, red speedo/underpants, and possibly the gloves: American Apparel. Definitely, considering that you are going to be cutting it up, perhaps a generic T will be better/cheaper.
If you currently have a black belt, use it. Use .
toms, gold felt (out there at a craft retailer or Amazon) for the buckle along with the globe logo. Both can most likely be attached with spray adhesive, but I'd possibly use adhesive velcro for the buckle so you do not ruin your belt AND so the buckle truly stays on by means of the night.

Excellent aid everyone. My hair is really somewhat captain-planet esque (I lack the bodacious mullet action atm) so I feel haircolor/spray .
