I jednom trenu sam zastala i shvatila da smo mi najdivlji u okolini, ali nije nam zasmetalo

Nakon to su 2Cellos i CHAD SMITH s njima zavrili, opet smo polijegali i ekali zvuk klarineta, jer je on oznaavo njihovo stupanje na scenu. A onda onaj najbolji osjeaj na svijetu, kad zaboravi na sve brige, kad bend napokon doe na pozornicu milina.

Cijeli koncert mi je i sad u magli, nekako, kao da sam sve sanjala.

Setlista je bila odlina, nisam dobila sve to sam htjela, ali ne mogu se aliti ! Oekivano su zapoeli s Monarchy of roses, burberry gdje je nastala takva vriska i skakanje, pjevanje iz petnih ila, plesanje. ma neto najbolje, neopisivo. Nakon glasnog vritanja publike, uslijedio je Chadov i Maurov jam, zatim jedinstvena izvedba Californicationa s 2Cellos , (a teenage bride with a baby inside!) Factory of faith na zahtjev fanova iz hot pita koji su drali ogromni banner, i onda oekivani kraj Give it away i final jam.

Nakon to su se svjetla na pozornici ugasila, uhvatila me takva depresija. Neka praznina, ne znam. Opet sam dola do one toke kad izjavljujem da mi ivot vie nema smisla, kad je sve to popravio jedan jedini DAVE MUSHEGAIN, fotograf Red Hot Chili Peppersa! I just encountered one of the strangest problems I've had in my 25 years of computer use. As to why I am posting this in the cpu section, that will become obvious shortly. I thought that maybe someone might benefit from my resolution of this problem. The shut downs never occurred while browsing or doing anything Windows/browser/nongame software relatedI could do that for hours without a problemthey only occurred when running a 3d game for approximately 5 minutes. And I mean 5 minutesit didn't matter what game, what settings I used, what resolution, etc.you could time the shutdowns by the clock. Long ago, when I used the machine myself at home as my primary box, I never had this problem or anything remotely similar.

At first it seemed that heat was the likely culprit, so I used Riva Tuner to rev up ニューバランス 996 the 8800's fan to 100%, and took off the side cover. It didn't matter how many games I triedI even used a powerful portable fan to blow air into the case directly onto the Celine gpuevery 5 minutes the machine just turned itself off. At that point I ran the temperature sensors in RT and from the resulting logs after each power off I could see that the 8800GT was topping out at 70C, which really was fine, and much lower than I thought it would be, as the darn card would nearly burn me when touching it. At this point I figured that either the 8800 GT ニューバランス was in some way defective and needed replacing, or else it might be that the Antec PSU wasn't able to handle the load. I replaced the 430W and returned the 500W PSU. I didn't immediately buy another gpu because I wasn't satisfied that the culprit was the 8800GTI wasn't getting blue screens with driver errors, there were no screen artifacts to see of any kindthe system was just shutting itself off for some reason while playing a エアジョーダン バッシュ game.

Next I decided to check out my ram by running Win7's memory test. At this point I noticed something oddrunning the advanced test, the test would stall at 21%, although the machine itself did not lock up and I could exit out of the test via the keyboard, but this was the case even when I tested one DIMM at a time, two at a time, or all four. Then when I ran the basic test, one DIMM at a time, or in any other combination, I experienced the poweroff symptoms I'd been getting in 3d games. Although it at least superficially appeared that I had some suspect ram, I wasn't really ready to accept that because it didn't seem likely to me that all four DIMMs had gone bad at the same time. Also, I had run extensive testing with the ram set at slower speeds and timingsto no avail.

It was at this point in the process that I began thinking about the cpu. I thought it might be a good idea to bump up the cpu voltage just a bit to see what happened, and set the voltage to 1.5v from its default of 1.37V. I rebooted and before I could get into the bios to check on the system temps and voltages, the machine just powered off. Another reboot and again the machine powered off before I could get into the bios. I reset the CMOS and booted back up successfully. Reseated my ram, gpu and other cards for the umpteenth time, checked all of my cabling, checked everywhere for dust, etc., and decided エルメス バーキン to see if bumping it up to 1.5v would shut me down againor whether the first shutdowns were a fluke. This time I reset CMOS immediately and successfully rebooted.

By then I had decided that in some fashion the cpu was the culpritof course it would have to be the very last thing I checked! I powered down, unplugged the PSU from the power strip, and turned the PSU switch to off. When the last motherboard standby light winked out, I removed プーマショップ the heatsink and then carefully retrieved the cpu from the insertion slot. At this point in the retelling things get a エアジョーダン 2013 little hazyI noticed that there seemed to be an inordinate amount of Arctic Silver thermal paste on top of the cpu. It really was gooped, like a thick sludge. Some of it had dripped down and inundated a few pins on the bottom of the cpu. I still cannot say whether the pins were bent before I pulled the cpu from its slot, which would mean that when I had installed the cpu into this slot better than a year ago I had carelessly put it in while somehow managing to bend several pins at the same time, or whether in my haste to remove the gooping, slopping Arctic Silver paste from the pins in the present I inadvertently bent themwhich would also have been my fault since I had apparently put far too much paste on top of the cpu when I had first seated it in this motherboard.

I whipped out the old magnifier glasses, got a very small screwdriver, and proceeded with care to straighten every one of the bent pins while at the same time trying mightily not to break even one of them. Oh, joy that was fun! Somehow I succeeded to the degree that the pins バーバリー 店舗 finally all looked more or less straight enough to seat, and then I set about cleaning the excess arctic silver from the cpu and the heat sink with 70% isopropyl alcohol and a huge reservoir of patience. Finally got everything dry enough and clean enough to risk reinsertion and powering up. The cpu appeared to seat with no problems as I had checked a couple times to ensure no pins were being bent. This time I used but a very thin coat of Silver, and locked the heat sink back into place, double checked all wiringand hit the power on switch and held my breath. Either the machine would short itself into oblivion, or it would work like it should, or, and this was my biggest fear, it would successfully boot and run only to continue powering off every five minutes inside a 3d game.

Well, call my monkey's uncle a rogue and a Snipe, it worked! By George, the damn box was working as it should. No more powering offat all. Ram tests complete without a problem. Now the machine works as it did before I turned it over to the wife! The system was once again capable of running 3d games normally, and I didn't have to replace a single component!

Epilogue: I still don't know whether the powering off problem was caused by mangled cpu pins that had been mangled ever since I installed this cpu into this motherboard, or whether the Arctic Silver had spilled out from the top of the cpu and run down the side of the cpu to temporarily short a couple of the cpu pins, and they became bent in my frantic efforts to clean the paste from the pins when I discovered it. I'm sure I did have a short of some kindone that was serious enough to cause the machine to power down due to cpu conditions that occurred during gamingbut that did not occur when doing normal, everyday, mostly 2d computing. A short among the cpu pins would also explain why the machine powered off almost immediately after I tried jumping the voltage a mere .13v.

I hope this story might help someone with a similar problem. All's well that ends well. Please kindly recycle the popcorn bags on your way out!

That's just itI've installed at least dozens of cpus, and until now the most recent adventure I had with "bent pins" revolved around ancient ram chips, back when ram was actually mounted on the motherboard in separate chips instead of S/DIMMs, and had to do with the pins on one particular ram chip being slightly bent just enough so that they made contact at cold boot but expanded slightly as things warmed upbreaking contact and causing a system reboot. It took awhile to figure that one out, which is no doubt why I even remember it. That happened so long ago that I can't even be sure of which platform I was using at the time!

What baffles me about this is the odds against bending just the right number and location of cpu pins so that the machine would boot, run blissfully without a problem with every application I had, producing no software errors of any kind, and only fail exactly 5 minutes into a 3d game! I'm fairly adept at troubleshooting, but it sure seems like it's always the last thing I look at that turns out to be the problem. WEDNESDAY, Aug. 1 (HealthDay News) While scientists hotly debate the existence of cancer stem cells, three related プラダ 公式 new studies, all conducted on mice, provide some supporting evidence.

Stem cells are the foundation for healthy cell growth in the body. Some researchers believe that malignant stem cells also exist socalled エアジョーダン cancer stem cells that generate tumors and resist treatment by simply regrowing afterward.

"Cancer stem cells are still controversial, but with progress in studies like these, it's less about whether they exist and more about 'what does this mean?'" said Dr. Max Wicha, director of the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center, who is familiar with the new findings.

Appearing online Aug. 1 in the journal Nature, one study involved mice with glioblastoma, the most common malignant brain tumor in adults and a particularly lethal cancer.

Researchers led by Luis Parada, a professor and chairman of developmental biology at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, genetically engineered mice so they would develop glioblastoma.

Then they developed a "transgene" designed only to be active in stem cells in healthy adult brains. They marked this transgene with a green fluorescent protein so the researchers would see it wherever it appeared.

To this transgene they added a virus gene that would selfdestruct if treated with the drug acyclovir.

Next, they put the transgene into the mice, which developed tumors. In every mouse, a subset of cells in the malignant brain エルメス バーキン tumor cells was green.

"The next obvious question was: Since the 'transgene' was designed to be active in stem cells, might these be stem cells?" Parada said.

The researchers gave the drug acyclovir to mice that had tumors. "And when we did that, the tumors stopped growing," he said.

The investigators also looked at "regular" cancer cells and found that those cells were not green. And while tumor cells divided, the Oakley green cells rested.

"That observation ニューバランス 店舗 was reminiscent of a normal stem cell environment," Parada said. "If we go ニューバランス 996 back to adult stem cells, the stem cells are mostly quiescent. That means they rarely divide."

In healthy brain tissue, he said, a few stem cells eventually enter the cell cycle, and give rise to progenitor cells that divide frequently before becoming neurons in the brain. The researchers レイバン 店舗 wanted to show that cancer cells had a similar cycle.

Their next experiment was to apply the chemotherapy drug temozolomide to the tumorridden mice, which got rid of all the currently dividing tumor cells. But when the chemotherapy stopped, the tumors resumed cell division.

The cells not eradicated that were still giving rise to new cancer cells were the specially marked green cells that behave similarly to stem cells in healthy tissues.

In a final experiment, "we were able to give the mice temozolomide to get rid of the highly dividing cells, plus ganciclovir to get rid of バーバリー マフラー the stem cells. And when we did that, the tumors were unable to form," Parada said.

Just what are the implications for human cancer?

"With a solid tumor that's formed by cancer stem cells in a hierarchical fashion, the critical cells to identify, understand and target with chemotherapy are the cancer stem cells," he said.

The research is still in early ニューバランス 576 stages, Parada noted. "Now, knowing that these cells exist and being able to identify them inside of the tumors, we're trying to isolate them, purify them and study them in great detail," he added.

His caveat: Their work with glioblastoma may not apply to different kinds of cancers. "Each cancer has to be studied in this same way to determine if the cancers grow in this fashion or not," Parada said.

A second study in the same Nature issue investigated the growth of squamous skin cancer. By marking and tracing individual tumor cells in mice, researchers at エルメス the Free University of Brussels found a subset of tumor cells with properties similar to stem cells in normal tissue.

Meanwhile, a Dutch team looked at mouse intestinal tumors. In that study, published online Aug. 1 in the journal Science, researchers at University Medical Center Utrecht also found signs of what might be cancer stem cells.

However, scientists note that research with animals often fails to provide similar results in humans.

"It's interesting that all the studies came to the same conclusion with different types of cancer," said Wicha. "All use very elegant molecular tracing studies in mice."

Chandigarh, Jan 18 (UNI) The エアジョーダン 新作 Haryana government has launched a soft エルメス バーキン skills scheme in 17 Government Colleges and a sum of Rs 95.80 lakh has been earmarked under the scheme in the plan budget to impart training to them.

Education Minister Mange Ram Gupta said オークリー 激安 that initially this scheme was started in six government colleges under which Rs 4000 ニューバランス 人気 per student would be spent エアジョーダン 2013 for imparting fourandahalf ニューバランス month training.

Mr Gupta said the government would provide a sum of Rs 3000 per student as subsidy while the student would have to pay a sum オークリー メガネ of Rs 1000 per エアジョーダン 4 curriculum.

The ready availability of fine wines in India has seen the number of wine drinkers here multiply immensely, but an unfortunate effect has been the advent of the Since we're still getting the hang of how to sniff, swirl and spit out wine that costs more than our monthly salary, we were quite intrigued when Prego, the Italian restaurant at the Taj Coromandel in Chennai invited us for a special preview of their Louis Roederer champagne meal. Until not long ago, champagne was served only as an aperitif or as part of a celebratory event. Damien Motte, Export Area Manager of Louis Roederer and Chef Giovanna of Prego demonstrated how エルメス 財布 the sparkling spirit could be teamed alongside a fourcourse Italian meal.

Louis Roederer is best known for its Cristal champagne, the drink of choice among the crme de la crme and until a recent public gaffe by their managing director, JayZ and the rest of the rapping community. The company has been producing champagne from their familyowned house in Reims, in the Champagne region of France for over two centuries.

Their vintages are produced from a singular varietal while their other champagnes are created from a combination of varietals using the blending techniques of their inhouse experts. The product is a fine bottle of bubbly, light and elegant with distinct aromatic notes and small hints of woodiness. One of the few remaining familyowned champagne houses, Louis Roederer is very particular on the use of wood for maturation and the selective distribution of its wines.

On our tasting table for the afternoon were the Brut Premier and the Vintage 2005.

Before we begin our meal, Chef Giovanna tells us that pairing champagne with vegetables is tricky finding vegetables to complement champagne is quite a task as certain vegetables like fennel negate the flavours of the champagne because of the strong anise taste. Asparagus on the other hand, can carry the flavour of champagne quite well.

To start with, we were served beautifully presented asparagus wrapped in black rice crepes. The black rice crepes encasing the crunchy asparagus stems were texturally different from the usual crepes, while the salty olives エアジョーダン 6 and sweet cherry tomatoes added a burst of freshness to the dish. We also sampled the degustation of onions with gorgonzola cheese. The gorgonzola cheese was whipped to a light, creamy texture, and the caramelised walnut ニューバランス halves and shallots complemented the flavours well. Paired perfectly with the Louis Roederer Brut Premier, the starters were light on the palate and readied it for the main course.

We エアジョーダン スニーカー sipped a glass of Louis Roederer Vintage 2005 while we savoured our mains of duck breast with a wine reduction and white truffle flavoured rice crepes stuffed with vegetable ragout. The Vintage 2005 added a new dimension to the food, having a bit more depth than the Brut Premier. The ニューバランス 1400 champagne also complemented fresh tuna stuffed gnocchi in a sauce made with sundried tomatoes and anchovies and tagliolini pasta with Parma ham. The duck breast was cooked rare and served with sweet roasted carrots and ニューバランス 574 grated potatoes. The crepes were served with three different ragouts mushroom, peppers and courgettes, each with a distinct flavour enhanced レイバン サングラス by the champagne.

The grand finale of the meal was the dessert, and we sampled the delectable almond chocolate dome with port wine sauce and the truly Italian zabaglione with strawberries エアジョーダン 激安 and blueberries. The バーバリー 財布 chocolate dome, garnished with a single almond placed on pistachio dust, was as majestic in appearance as the name suggests and packed lots of flavour in as well. On cracking open the dome, we tasted a smooth and creamy almond chocolate mousse on a base drenched in sweet port wine sauce. The zabaglione is a concoction of marsala wine, sugar and egg yolk, whipped to a frothy consistency. Poured over the fresh fruit, the ニューバランス 574 zabaglione didn't take away from the natural sugars of the berries, but the liquidy texture wasn't true to the custardlike consistency it is supposed to be. 相关的主题文章:
