Dear students, this is the homework of Sep 21.

Task

A Chinese paper on Manchu translation policies was submitted to the English editor. The English editor starts to translate it into English, but has only translated the first part and runs out of time. He asks his students, to read the first part and then to continue to translate the paper sentence by sentence.
