Did Ch'en's ideals of democracy being without rules ever become recognized for what it truly sounds like: anarchy? It seems like a completely outlandish claim of him to say that all people would try to better society. Jack Finnigan 03:58, 26 November 2011 (UTC)
More than democracy being without rules, he thought it should be without the boundaries of religion and superstition. He wanted complete freedom not from government, but from old and outdated traditions. - Cixi 18:08, 10 December 2011 (UTC)
