Prof Chandra Setiawan home-based at President University, he was a previous president of President University. He also as a chairperson of Indonesia Council of Sinologists and a Chairman of Indonesia-China Partnership Institution- President University. In his efforts President University and World Sinology Center, BLCU established Sinology Center. He is a one of vice president of International Confucian Association (ICA).
